Features:

- Dual magnetic pickups to provide a robust ignition system for any application requiring redundancy.
- Small cap design utilizing stainless steel male (HEI style) terminals
- Dual cap hold-down design, allows use of either screw down caps or spring loaded quarter turn screw caps.
- Easy-to-adjust mechanical advance with included springs and stop bushings
- Mechanical advance assembly can be locked out for full EFI timing control or for crank trigger systems
- Advance weight pins are staked and tig welded to the plate to insure longevity
- Nylon pads ensure smooth operation of the advance weights
- Adjustable slip collar mounting flange for engines with modified deck heights
- CNC machined billet aluminum housing and base
This Dual 2-wire mag pickup distributor utilizes dual magnetic pickups that are placed 180° apart to provide a complete redundant ignition system for racing applications. The compact bowl design and screw down cap fits into locations where a larger or bulkier distributor will not.
This distributor features a CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum housing, with a centerless ground shaft that rides on an upper sealed roller bearing with an extended length lower bronze Oil-Lite bushing for smooth operation at high RPMs and extended service life.
Built with an adjustable mechanical advance this allows you to dial in the timing curve to any high performance needs. The fully adjustable mechanical advance is welded to the top of the shaft for easy access and is plated to reduce friction and prevent corrosion for long-term durability. If used with EFI the mechanical advance assembly can easily be locked out for complete EFI timing control.
Utilizing a Slip-collar, this allows you to set height adjustment on your distributor. This allows for proper adjustment for deck height differences to achieve, the very critical, proper meshing for minimum distributor/camshaft gear wear.
Each of the Dual 2-wire high output pickups and large paddle wheel reluctor ensures a precision stable trigger signal especially at high RPMs. The melonized iron drive gear ensures long service life. Bronze alloy gears available separately to cover any camshaft application you might have.
The cap and rotor are molded in high-quality 30% glass filled polyester (PBT) that offers both high impact and dielectric strength while resisting carbon tracking. The cap contacts are brass and the rotor spring is stainless steel for long-term maximum conductivity.
