    Go Spark Ignition Coil

High-output universal ignition coil with a 0.42 ohm primary winding resistance and up to 50,000 volts of secondary output. Matched impedance for the FiTech Go Spark CDI, but works as a universal coil on most electronic ignition systems. A direct upgrade over a worn original coil. Mounts almost anywhere with the universal mount.

    Go Spark Oil-Filled Round Coils

Classic oil-filled round can coil in chrome or black. Fits most factory canister coil mounts for a clean, period-correct look. No ballast resistor included. Points ignition setups need a low-ohm ballast resistor. Electronic and FiTech ignitions do not.

    Go Spark Ready-to-Run Coil

Oil-filled round coil with optimized winding designed to work specifically with the high-output ignition module in FiTech Ready-to-Run 4-wire distributors. Built for engines converted to an electronic breakerless distributor. Quicker starts, improved throttle response, and reliable spark delivery at higher RPM.

    Round Coil Mounting Bracket

Chrome mounting bracket for the Go Spark oil-filled round coils. Coils are sold without a bracket, so add this if your build doesn't have a factory canister coil mount. FiTech recommends mounting the coil in an upright position.

Why Upgrade Your Ignition Coil?

More Spark Energy Where It Counts

  • Steps battery voltage up to a much higher voltage
  • Better cold start, idle quality, and throttle response
  • Consistent spark energy from low RPM to redline

Built for Your Ignition System

Simple to Mount and Wire

  • Fits most factory canister coil mounts
  • Universal and bracket mounting options available
  • Works with electronic ignition and points setups
Chevy Engine

A Weak Coil Holds Back the Whole Engine.

Your ignition coil steps battery voltage up to the high voltage your spark plugs need to fire. OEM coils are often limited to around 8 volts on the primary side, causing weak spark when you're running fuel injection or an upgraded distributor. A ballast resistor chokes it further and holds back your EFI setup. FiTech Go Spark coils deliver strong, consistent spark across the full RPM range. Choose universal high-output coils, oil-filled round coils, or Ready-to-Run coils matched to FiTech distributors and get a clean spark every time.
