Fuel Hose Kits

Both are stainless steel braided and compatible with pump gas, methanol, ethanol, and alcohol. The PTFE kits add an anti-static inner liner for superior corrosion resistance and longevity. The black PTFE version also includes a fire retardant nylon outer covering. If you want the longest-lasting fuel line for your build, go PTFE.

Measure the distance from your fuel tank to the engine and account for your return line if applicable. A 20ft kit works for shorter runs or vehicles with a short wheelbase. A 40ft kit gives you enough hose for both a supply line and return line on most full-size vehicles.

Each kit includes twelve -6 AN fittings. Six straight, three 45-degree, and three 90-degree for flexible routing through the engine bay and along the frame.

A 255 LPH external electric fuel pump for frame mounting, 40 feet of EFI-grade fuel hose for the supply line and return line, two billet fuel filters (100 micron pre-filter and 10 micron post-filter), and AN fittings. A complete high pressure fuel delivery run from the tank to the engine.

The -6 AN fittings are a standard size and the hose is compatible with a wide range of fuel systems running pump gas, methanol, ethanol, or alcohol. Check that your fuel system uses -6 AN connections and that the hose rating meets your fuel pressure requirements. Contact tech support if you need help confirming compatibility.

An AN hose cutter or fine-tooth hacksaw to cut the braided hose square, an AN wrench set to tighten fittings without scratching the finish, and thread sealant rated for fuel on any NPT connections. FiTech also offers individual -6 AN hose ends and adaptor fittings if your routing requires additional connections.
