Your stock fuel pump feeds low-pressure fuel into the Force Fuel reservoir. An internal high pressure pump takes over and delivers 58 PSI to your EFI system and fuel rail while maintaining steady fuel flow to the fuel injectors. The reservoir keeps the pump submerged and cool. Think of it as a bridge between your old fuel system and modern fuel injection.

In most cases, yes. The stock mechanical or electric fuel pump only needs to deliver low pressure fuel to fill the reservoir. The internal high pressure pump does the heavy lifting from there. If your stock pump is worn out or not flowing enough to keep the reservoir filled, you may need a new pump.

No new feed line from the gas tank is required. Your stock fuel pump and existing fuel line deliver low pressure fuel to the Force Fuel reservoir. Your sending unit stays in the tank. The internal high pressure pump handles the rest. That's one of the biggest advantages over an inline pump setup where you're running new lines from the tank to the engine.

The Dual Pump Force Fuel Surge Tank is compatible with E85, alcohol, and methanol. The standard and Mini units are designed for pumping gasoline. Check the product listing before ordering if you plan to run alternative fuels.

Install a fuel pressure gauge on the outlet side of the Force Fuel to confirm you're getting a steady 58 PSI to the EFI system. A gauge makes it easy to verify fuel delivery during initial setup and diagnose any pressure drops down the road.

Each Force Fuel system includes a serviceable 10-micron fuel filter. If you notice inconsistent fuel pressure, hesitation under load, or hard starts, check the filter first. Contact tech support if you need help diagnosing a fuel delivery issue.
