Refund and Returns Policy
At FiTech Fuel Injection, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, the guidelines below will help ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility
Products must be brand new, unused, and returned within 90 days of the original purchase date to qualify for a full refund.
Items returned after 90 days may still be accepted, but a 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Only the original purchaser may request a return or refund. For direct FiTech purchases, we can typically locate your invoice information in our system.
Direct Purchases vs. Dealer Purchases
FiTech can only issue refunds for products purchased directly from FiTechEFI.com or through our customer service team.
If the product was purchased from an authorized dealer, you must contact that dealer directly to process any returns or exchanges.
RMA Required
All returns and exchanges require an RMA number issued by our Customer Service team.
Please contact us before sending any product back. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
Condition, Inspection, and Packaging
All returned products must be in new condition and able to be returned to stock.
Packages or items that arrive damaged, incomplete, or requiring re-boxing may incur additional fees. These fees will be deducted from the refund after inspection.
Refunds are issued only after the product has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
Shipping
Shipping costs are not covered by FiTech and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
