Automotive Tech Support Representative
Job Description:
As a Tech and Sales Representative, you are the primary point of contact for our customers with technical and sales questions about our FiTech Fuel Injection products. Your strong automotive experience along with your professionalism and friendly attitude will help service our great customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering calls and emails to provide sales and technical support
- Help to resolve customers technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure customers have the proper product information
- Notify management of any issues that you may feel need to be reported
- Documenting calls
- Determining warranty eligibility per purchase date, usage, installation procedure with respect to general terms of warranty policy
Skills:
- Must have basic automotive knowledge and prior customer service experience, automotive enthusiasts a plus
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written form
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgement
- Self-motivated and can carry out assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment and always remain collected
- Team player
- Follows instructions and common safety practices
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry ideal
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality

Job description
As a tester, you will evaluate products/parts ready for production. Test and repair the products as needed. Prepare products, product software, and packaging for production. Candidate must have the ability to locate inventory throughout the warehouse. This position includes tasks related to daily warehouse operations.

Job description
The Entry-Level Warranty Technician for FiTech Fuel Injection is responsible for conducting engine tests and evaluations on products submitted for warranty claims. This role involves hands-on technical work, where the technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate fuel injection systems to determine warranty eligibility. The technician will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of FiTech products and contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Engine Testing and Evaluation:
- Perform hands-on testing and evaluations of FiTech Fuel Injection products, focusing on diagnosing reported issues and defects.
- Operate engines and fuel injection systems, following established testing procedures and safety protocols.
- Document test results, observations, and findings accurately for warranty claim assessment.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized and comprehensive records of all tested products, including test procedures, results, and observations.
- Assist in managing the warranty database and ensuring accurate data entry.
Warranty Claim Assessment:
- Evaluate engine test results and diagnostics to determine if reported issues fall within warranty coverage based on company guidelines.
- Provide detailed reports on the condition of tested products, including descriptions of defects and malfunctions.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the warranty department team to share insights, knowledge, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality control, to provide feedback on recurring issues.
